I created this website because I was interested in UX testing and as I was studying different resources, I found it challenging at times to keep the different testing methods organized. I made this website using server side scripting to create a simple but efficient way for users to identify the right testing method, and learn more about what is involved with performing the user test. A full case study can be found on my portfolio in the link beneath my name.
I designed this website in response to a request for proposal from a group of my classmates as part of a school project. The website is informational and my intent was to increase involvement and subscriptions through the online presence of this made-up geological society. Sketching, creating a site map, and wireframing helped me focus on user pathways and goals throughout the design of the project. For more information, see my portfolio site in the link below my photo.
Earthfirst! was one of my favorite websites to redesign because I am passionate about the subject of the site. Environmental causes lie close to my heart and I felt very personally invested in this project as I designed a UI that was aimed to appeal to a younger demographic, increasing the organization’s positive exposure.
